Run regression tests in CI

Add regression tests to prevent faults/crashes.

  • [ ] collect binaries on which Rellic currently crashes (started in the regressions branch)
  • [ ] Run rellic in CI against the previously crashing bitcode.
  • [ ] Fail on crashes or zero-sized outputs.
