Lps 197325 glowroot plugin trace level configuration

Hello Brian! I've made the changes in the way the instrumentation level is configured. You'll find screenshots on this confluence page: https://liferay.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CSTAO/pages/2506588796/Glowroot+Freemarker+plugin I've checked in the glowroot source code and it's not possible to make the configuration a dropdown with predefined values. The user has to write INFO, DEBUG or TRACE in the configuration (there's a description which explains what they do). The explanation section does not support html markup, nor formatting / line breaks. This is the best result I can get! :)
