Unable to create Theme for 7.4.2

With the Liferay Plugin for intellij IDEA I am able to create a new project for liferay 7.4.2 CE GA3. But if I want to create a new theme within the project, I get the following error message:

Hello @SabineEmbacher , could you please provide more steps for us to reproduce? I'm not able to reproduce it using liferay intellij plugin 1.9.4 on both liferay gradle/maven worksapce project. Thanks.

In my opinion, the day the error kept occurring, I did exactly as described above. But today the error does not occur anymore :(

The last time the error occurred, I had three other projects open in IDEA at the same time. Maybe the amount of open projects caused the problem. I will try to recreate this.
