Create Project Fragment helper

It would be useful to have a Create Project Fragment helper like the one in Eclipse: jsp-fragment-hook-liferay-aspiresoftserv2

Then select the host bundle, the version, and the files to copy inside the fragment to override. jsp-fragment-hook-liferay-aspiresoftserv3 jspimage6

Hi @muraca , I think Fragment project is a legacy, and would not has support in IntelliJ plugin.
