test(js-toolkit): Update Poshi Standalone support for js-toolkit

To do:

  • Disable deprecated tests (SampleProject.testcase)
  • Look into getting ci:test suites running for this repo
  • Look into setting up testray properties for poshi standalone tests

@izaera Hey Ivan this is the poshi standalone set up for js-toolkit so we can start writing tests for it here. Is there anything else needed or are we able to push this in

yea, looks like they aren't active. Thought I'd test it out to see if IT was able to get us the access and if these commits were enough. :sweat_smile:
