Text color button will remove scrollbar from page

What is the current behavior? When Text Color Button is added and clicked, a scrollbar will be removed from the page.

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem. https://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-121472 Steps can be found here and would be similar to reproduce in AlloyEditor.

What is the expected behavior? The scrollbar should not be removed meaning overflow should not be hidden. I tried creating a fix for this in ckeditor-liferay but as Carlos pointed out, this would be best resolved in Alloyeditor: https://github.com/liferay/liferay-ckeditor/pull/135#issuecomment-704895314

Which versions of alloy-editor, and which browser / OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions? Current version with Chrome
