Image duplication in Firefox on paste
Do you want to request a feature or report a bug? Bug
What is the current behavior? On the latest version of Firefox if you copy and paste an image from the viewer you get a duplicated image. Tested on other browsers and works fine.
If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.
- Open any image in photo viewer
- Copy the image
- Paste the image to the editor
- You will get two images
What is the expected behaviour? One image is being added to the editor if copy and paste.
Which versions of alloy-editor, and which browser / OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions? Affects Firefox only, previous versions don't seem to work, upgrading CKEditor 4.13.1 o superior seems to be solving this issue.
Hi @georgel-pop-lr ,
Thanks for reporting.
Just to clarify a few things, you say this is happening with the latest version of Firefox, which for me on Linux is "74.0 (64-bit)" but I just wanted you to confirm.
The second thing that I wanted to know is in which environment this is happening in, I tried to reproduce it on https://alloyeditor.com but couldn't.

Hi @julien ,
Just tested on Windows Firefox is "74.0 (64-bit)" on https://alloyeditor.com and was able to reproduce it. @antonio-ortega has Mac and it could reproduce it as well.
