chore: remove stale "Updates" section from website and redirect to GitHub releases page

Our current Updates page is not currently up-to-date and is missing some information regarding our latest releases.

And I can't understand those first two updates because I don't speak latin. 🤦‍♂️

There was a comment on here three days ago (now deleted) noting that this still hasn't been updated. I think we should just delete the page as realistically, it is never going to be updated (up-to-date and accurate information is on the releases listing here on GitHub).

So I'm retitling the issue accordingly.

Ha, no worries about that @jwanner83. I saw the notification email and came here to comment; I don't think there was anything wrong with your comment — you were just pointing out a ticket that hadn't seen any activity in a long time.
