New Sidebar — Project Initiator

As part of #655, we need to revamp a lot of pages, this issue is to make sure we've made the quick changes to, or decisions and subsequent tickets for all of the index.md files we have.

I did a quick audit and used emoji's to make a first guess as to what we need to do, here is the legend:

👍 - good to go 🖋 - minor edits to existing index/content ✂️ - copy/pastable from existing content 🆕 - new content/design required 🔵 - could use the new template
