Shaping a proposal around topic "Documenting and sharing learnings from the Bergerac Hub over the last 3y"

Acceptance

  • [ ] Shaped proposal with ... X, Y, Z

Proposal (v0.1 unfinished)

  • Appetite: 1 month FTE i.e. ~168h

Problem: We don't have a systematic process for capturing information/learnings that are coming up through people's experience in the Hub, or for sharing the information that is being captured (internally and externally), so that means we are not maximising our potential as an evolutionary learning system, nor showcasing our work as well as we could.

There is a lot of learning happening; there is some being captured. How can we publish this in a consolidated place where it can help us and others to learn from this experience?

Elements

  • A page on the LI website which is the go-to place for seeing what has been learnt at the Hub in the past 3 years

Rabbit holes/outside scope

  • Don't worry about getting extensive feedback from everyone who spends time at the Hub
  • Trying to measure baseline and progress of transformation
  • Process designed for updating the page (what's the frequency, workflow)
      • A standard (automated?) email sent out to residents the day after they leave (and 1 week after as follow-up reminder)
  • Don't build the process - the focus is on sharing the info from the past 3 years

Notes: this popped into my head: https://www.roote.co/wisdom-age

If you just had 48h what would you do ....

  • Page on life itself website
    • Testimonials
    • Reflected on their experience
  • 1d what we already have e.g. feedback forms, interviews etc
  • 1d creating a basic webpage pulling in that material
  • Contact people like Valerie, Rufus, Karl, other residency hosts for info -- or 10 min interviews
  • Capture the information and clarify the findings (what??)
