Hello @rufuspollock, please could you review the following 2 plans:
1: The plan for Seeds of a Second Renaissance for now until end of Q1 2026
See Oct 25-Mar 26 tab of this doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1M-xdY5MuIuhgl6wosUNR3stVY2QLLTGORugJ8ePi_eE/edit?tab=t.pm2od5hn7prt
I'm seeking your sign-off on the Summary -- and can then proceed to ask Finn whether he can take on the pieces which cannot be prepped in advance (i.e. filling in events section, promoting the issue once it's published...)
2: The pitch for Seeds of a Second Renaissance Q2 2026 onwards
See 2026 pitch tab of this doc (same doc as above): https://docs.google.com/document/d/1M-xdY5MuIuhgl6wosUNR3stVY2QLLTGORugJ8ePi_eE/edit?tab=t.pm2od5hn7prt#heading=h.93bxt46qfjul
Here, I'm seeking:
- your comments, especially on the Outcome visioning, Fat-marker sketch solution, and Plan sections (N.B. you can skim over alternative solutions in the Plan if you're happy with the top-proposed option).
- your sign-off (if ready) and/or clarifying questions and comments on the fat-marker sketch solution (or elements of it) -- or selection of alternative options, where I've offered alternatives
- whether you'd like me to sketch out in more detail the Elements 4 and 5 of the fat-marker sketch solution which I've marked as "maybe".
- whether there's anything significant you feel is missing from this pitch

Reviewed with Rufus today. Summary of Rufus' comments:
Outline for 2025 and Q1 2026 looks good. b) Re 2026 plan, split out into dedicated doc and create a short exec summary. Focus on: a) cost b) key roles we need to fill c) probably models we can adopt.
Next action: Prepare Executive Summary of pitch for Rufus to share with curators' team. I will aim to do this by 27 Nov, so that it can be shared with the curators team a week before their next meeting (on 4 Dec)
