MagickWriteImageBlob has been renamed to MagickGetImageBlob in new version of Imagemagick.

https://github.com/Garfielt/bolt/commit/7c46cbf1743bd48dd98b7d849300f9efeb8a914a 已更改并增加了部分自己用时碰到的问题，不知需不需要: 1、增加启动时异常提示及关闭时资源回收; 2、增加对原图片的访问支持(80%图片质量压缩，TODO：放入配置文件中); 3、增加对URL中query参数的处理，带query参数的图片重新处理; 4、其他的一些显示提示上的小处理。
