Restructured text support

This might be a dumb question but I can't find anyway to make this work with restructured text.

Am I just too stupid to make this work or it isn't available for the moment (or for ever maybe)?

Pandoc's rst parser doesn't support more than half of the syntax required to make pandoc-crossref work. Citations and figure attributes, among others. So, unless Pandoc's rst parser becomes much more powerful, this is not something I could support.
