NAT punch isn't working on 4G

NAT punch works fine on Wifi (I've tried both Peers behind Different NATs and Peers behind the Same NAT conditions) But it doesn't work on 4G. Would anyone help me out here

Based on a quick google search i'm finding that 3g and 4g networks do not allow UPnP nat traversals because they do not use traditional network schemes.
