Added ability to publish as CSV

  • In the "Configure" window there is now a choice between publishing as a CSV or JSON. Selecting CSV will sync and publish a CSV instead of a JSON file.
  • Additionally, fixed a bug in creating S3 instance which was preventing the instance from being created.
