I can't reproduce it with Bluestacks on my machine, and I don't think this is related to the Android version. I'll try it with AVD this weekend.
It is not open-source so it is not possible to build.
This VM is hosted in China, and for some reasons, some network connections may fail...

I'm not sure whether Thorium will have the same performance improvement without PGO files. It is really difficult to generate PGO files on Termux anyway...
