Improve "!" error message

A new user to FreeBSD asked me how to "use ! to override".

This seems, to me, like a simple thing to fix, but I do not know if this is a good idea, there could be implications. The fact that this is a bug for bug compatible with original Berkeley vi is priceless. I would rather we preserve the One True Modern BSD vi than make it easier, if this is a bad idea.

If this is deemed a good idea, I know GitHub will sometimes use the accounts original address, but I do need it to be merged with google.com mailing address to appease $dayjob.
