Add Support for changing the Clock Color Theme

The current clock displays orange and grey as its color scheme. It makes sense to make it consistent within the app style of Material You, at least for Android. And for those that don't use system colors in the app, maybe add an option to customize its color, similar to the board theme settings? I think it would be nice to have some form of color customization for the clock.
