Haptic feedback doesn't work on Android devices

Open NewSupKaizo55 opened this issue 2 years ago • 3 comments

I saw someone on Discord talking about how haptic feedback doesn't work for them, so I tested it with two Android devices (13 and 12), and yea it doesn't work on either of them.

In the board settings, haptic feedback is enabled. The system settings for haptic feedback and sound are enabled, still no feedback from the app.

It is not enough to report and issue like that. You are not telling which devices, and a lot of devices don't even have an haptic engine.

Please respond with a more detailed report, on a device which is known to have an haptic engine, otherwise you can close the issue.

I apologize for not providing enough information, I didn't think it through this time...

The devices I tested with both have a haptic engine:

Redmi Note 10 5G - Android 13 Huawei MediaPad T5 - the android version was incorrect, it's Android 8, and even though it's a tablet, the app works without any other issues

The system settings for haptic feedback, sounds and notifications are enabled on both devices.

Please tell me if you need more information, I'm more than happy to help!
