preview board cut off

Halifax — Today at 2:16 PM should the preview board go below the bottom of the screen?

If the preview board goes below the screen, you can just scroll down

As is shown in the video clip that was not working. When he attempted to scroll down the page reset to the top of the page collapsing the preview. I have not spoken to them about this this week so I do not know if it is still the case.
