Feature Request: Add time indicators for Unlimited games

Kind regards, Lichess developers!

You forgive my poor English. I use Google Translate to communicate. My native language is Spanish.

Games tagged as Unlimited are rarely developed as Correspondence.

Users who participate in this type of game usually make their movements within a few minutes. In practice, Unlimited behaves like Rapid or Classical.

Why does this phenomenon occur? The answer is obvious: Many players want to participate in a fluid game, but without the pressure of a clock that constantly reminds them that they have limited time.

However, Unlimited games should have time indicators. I suggest adding 2 tools:

1- A clock that indicates the time elapsed since the beginning of the game. 2- A clock that indicates how long the player (and his opponent) uses to perform each movement.

Why is this information important?

Item 1 is relevant to know the total duration of the game. Item 2 is required as a control against excessive delays in decision making.

One of the advantages of playing without time controls is that players have more flexibility to handle interruptions: answering phone calls, knocking on the door, visiting the bathroom, demanding pets...

Following this line of thought, I also suggest the following characteristics:

3- The user can configure their profile to hide the time indicators, as some may consider them as distractions. Another alternative is that the indicators are activated or deactivated at the user's will with the push of a button.

4- In case of interruption, users can activate a button that performs 2 actions: first, it pauses the time indicators; second, it activates a pop-up window on the opponent's screen to notify them that the user has temporarily left the game. When the absent user returns to the game, press the same button to resume the clocks and send the opponent another notification to let him know he's back.

Thank you very much for your attention!

I like these ideas a lot, but I think number 4 should only be available when playing with a friend, and also it shouldn't include a pop-up window, I don't like nothing that behaviour, and alert box would be fine. At first it seemed me pointless, because someone could lie, or because there's already and online-offline indicator, but activating it only when using play with a friend makes it an useful way to measure time elapsed as item 2 says, and because you're playing with a friend that means you think your opponent won't lie.
