lichess interface & draw offer abuse in Correspondence games

Please change the draw offer and confirm move button windows in Correspondence games. Both buttons look very similar, there is no sound notification that a draw was offered and both button colors are GREEN. So the danger is you automatically press the button twice if you dont notice the move was already registered: in case of page reload, browser lag or serve lag.

This can be abused when the opponent comes online right after you move, playing the anticipated move in a lost position. You play the obvious reply (capture, check etc.) and they immediately offer a draw, making it look like your move confirmation has yet to be confirmed. If you dont look closely and play quicky expecting to confirm your move but instead you accepted a draw. This happened to me in a correspondence game: https://lichess.org/4G1aKn6KiJZ8

They may also try offering a draw just before you want to confirm your move and you do not notice unless you pay close attention to the slight change of the window. Lichess should change the Confirm/Draw window & buttons to prevent this bad sport behavior.

Suggested changes (Specially for Correspondence games):

Add a draw offer chime Change the POSITION/SIZE/BORDER COLOR of the Draw offer window Change draw offer FONT/COLOR on left hand side (Yellow/Orange) Add a 3 second wait timer before draw offer can be accepted and re-sent Window layout changes: Confirm move Buttons (left/right) Draw offer Buttons: (Top/Bottom) Switch the Accept/Decline draw buttons: Pressing the right button is now decline draw but remains confirm move) Change button colors: Confirm move: (Red/Green) Draw offer (Red/Yellow) Add a (time sensitive) possibility for review of abuse by adding a DISPUTE DRAW option in correspondence games. So mods can rule for the game to be resumed if a draw was obviously accidentally accepted by winning side in lost positions.

This should be closed as #13152 was merged which attack this problem directly ("There can be only one negotiation at a time in a given game." + Icons were changed.)
