Feature request: Add fide rankings & ratings of top players

Hi, I've noticed that lichess doesn't have the official fide standings of top chess players. I think adding the fide rankings & ratings of top chess players will be a useful addition to the leaderboard section.

The players can add their FIDE rating to their profile if they want to.
