Interface hangs during first move of the game

What happened?

The first move is not displayed and the game is forfeit or aborted

How can we reproduce the bug?

The bug usually seems to trigger after switching to some other app and then back again.

1. Switch back to the Lichess app.
2. Start a new game
3. If playing the white pieces, make the first move
4. Wait for opponent to make their move

The opponent makes their move, but it is not displayed on the screen, and the "XX seconds to play the first move" continues to count down. If playing the black pieces, the game is aborted because I cannot make a move. If playing the white pieces, it is even worse, because my clock runs while this is happening.

When playing the black pieces, if I use the board icon at the top right to refresh the board, I can see that the opponent made their move. When playing the white pieces, it seems to refresh after 10 seconds or so, causing me to start the game with a time deficit (very frustrating in bullet).

Expected behavior

The opponent's first move is shown on the screen

Additional context

The screen recording shows the case where I have the black pieces. If I manage to catch one where I'm playing white, I'll post that as well.
