Mix_FadeOutMusic blocks when called on macOS

After calling Mix_FadeOutMusic, the application blocks for the number of milliseconds requested, despite the documentation stating it shouldn't block.

This is using sdl2_mixer version 2.8.0 on macOS 13.6.6.
