[SDL2] R Shoulder + Y Combination not working on specific controller.

I'm using a Rock Candy Wired Controller for Nintendo Switch, but I don't think this only happens with said controller. Like the title says, the R Shoulder + Y Combination isn't being registered, but if I add another button or trigger to the combination, it suddenly works (as far as that button press goes) It isn't a problem with my gamepad, as I tested it on various programs as Windows' joy.cpl and hardwaretester.com, and it's also not my own code since it happens with other games that use SDL2.
