Tetris 64, can't get it working in this libretro core on Windows 11

As of now I can only get Tetris 64 to boot in either the old Mupen64Plus libretro core or in the ParaLLel libretro core. When booting Tetris 64, I'm met with a white screen with some garbled graphics. I've tried tinkering with various settings in this libretro core, but still no luck booting Tetris 64 properly. The old Mupen64Plus libretro core is actually the only more ot less bug-free way to emulate this game as of now (some menu bugs in the ParaLLel libretro core).

I forgot to add, this was on my Windows 11 PC, with RetroArch 1.17.0, running Mupen64Plus-Next (2.6-Vulkan fa55ddc).

I also have a Steam Deck OLED, and running the very same build of RetroArch there (the Linux version found in the Discover section of the OS, flatpack), with the very same version of Mupen64Plus-Next, I did manage to run Tetris 64 just fine. Some of my Core Options are Dynarec CPU Core, Original Framerate, ParaLLel as both the RDP Plugin & RSP Plugin. I'm using vulkan as video output driver in RetroArch on both my PC and Steam Deck.
