Cheevos don't load when using subsystems

When loading a transfer pak game through the subsystems menu the cheevos don't load (for example when playing Pokemon Stadium with Pokemon Red in the transfer pak).

However, the cheevos do load when using the method of naming your Game Boy roms and saves to the Pokemon Stadium rom name.

In any case, I figured I'd raise this issue since the current behavior does not seem to be the intended one.
