Unicode text missing from file browser.

They only support char(32) to char(256) for some reason... I have created a PR (#485) in which I implemented support to unifont glyph, but not responded yet.

Part of why this might have stalled out is because the unicode support was added with a number of video features that didn't work on macOS, etc. I'll see if I can get just the unicode support added in a new branch and added in.
