Wording: Change Load Core to Load Console

Hi @kivutar I was thinking since we changed the name from Load ROM to Load Game at one point. I was thinking of a different name for Load Core like Load Console.

or even Load Emulator

A core is not necessarily a console or an emulator, it can be a game engine or a media player.
