Bug/Feature: Save State Naming

Currently Save states are named with date and timestamp.

The devices that are not connected to the internet always revert back to 1969.

My proposition is to rename the save states to just slot 1, slot 2, slot 3, etc while listing the latest slot first.

And have it Increment if a lot in between a save slot number is deleted then the next save will take its place and then increment accordingly.
