8bpp mode

8bpp mode is need it to PS2 port requested by @fjtrujy and it would improve the performance on weak devices as #128.

TODO:

  • [ ] fix UI (lowres and fullres modes).
  • [ ] Unify palettes (just one to rule them all).
  • [ ] cap32 should use internal palette when crtc is painting.
