Donkey Kong registers key.. but does not move

Open calmarc opened this issue 6 years ago • 2 comments

Hi all, with 2 Donkey-Kong games (multiscreen) the game does register the move-button (since it's visible on the 'cross') but tthe donkey still does not move. You kind have to to press 'hard/long' in order to move the monkey. Like this, it's kind of unplayable. (all other games I checked, did not have that problem). https://youtu.be/Yupmm7PuzBY Cheers and thx

I've detected the same problem with:

Donkey Kong (Multi Screen) Donkey Kong II

Platforms? (hey guys, you don't give details about them!) Having tested both mentioned games ==> no issue! I'm using:

  • RetroArch v1.10.3 + GW LibRetro GW v1.6.3 core (lastest in date).
  • Windows 10 Pro 21H2 (x64), HyperSpin (as frontend) & RocketLauncher (for scripts, fades & bezels).
  • Logitech RumblePad 2 USB gamepad.

Perhaps this issue was fixed, but not closed...
