MSX2+ boot screen skipped

When booting in MSX2+ mode, the flashy boot screen is not shown. Note: fMSX itself also does not do this.

I tried resolving this, and called in some help at https://www.msx.org/forum/msx-talk/emulation/msx2-boot-screen-in-fmsx, but was not able to solve this. (F4 port and Kanji driver ROM done, but not sprite collision detection & timing)

Might not be possible, given the limited emulation accuracy of fMSX. At least not without ending up with a completely revamped emulator ;) Still, if anyone feels up to it, please drop me a line and maybe we can fix this together.
