Can't configure BBA

Coming from Flycast standalone where I can set BBA emulation and configure DNS. I don't see any fields of this in the opt file or in the core config page.

From Flycast standalone flatpag emu.cfg:

[network] ActAsServer = no DNS = 46.101.91.123 EmulateBBA = yes Enable = no EnableUPnP = yes GGPO = no GGPOAnalogAxes = 0 GGPOChat = yes GGPOChatTimeout = 10 GGPOChatTimeoutToggle = yes GGPODelay = 0 LocalPort = 37391 NetworkOutput = no Stats = yes server =

None of these show up in the core configs in retroarch 1.14.0. Is it not supported or is something now showing up properly?
