FMV / Menu display problem on some WinCE games

Hello ! I have a problem with FMV not showing on some WinCE games like the Tomb Raider games (no FMV, but in-game perfect), and it's even worst with the 1rst Rainbow Six that doesn't show any menus, I heard the sound and I can pass theme, but they show a black screen. It looks like it's WinCE related, because I saw that problem only on some WinCE (for exemple, the second R6 game is not WinCE and is working perfectly). I done some test, and the last is today, so with Retroarch 1.10.0 Win64 and a freshly downloaded core from the Online updater.

But the thing is, I do not have this problem on all my computers : on my main machine (core i7 ; 1660Ti) : no problem at all with Vulkan or GL, the FMV are showing for the Tomb Raider games, and also the menu for R6.

But on another little computer dedicaded for emulation, a Dell Optiplex 9020, with only an integrated Intel HD4600 (so no vulkan support, OpenGL only 4.3), with Win10 up to date, I have the problem showing. And it's not a performance problem, flycast works like a charm on this. And the last information probably useful : It's working without problem with standalone Flycast ! But retroarch is way more confortable for everyday use !

Thanks in advance if it can be solved ! I can make some test if necessary.

I have the same issue with Tomb Raider The Last Revelation. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not, but more often it does not.
