[Conf] dosbox-libretro points to a wrong path to read & write custom conf files

Well I've got the same problem. Actually I'm using dosbox-SDL2 & dosbox-libretro.

I've tried to load The Elder Scrolls: Arena and this works flawless with dosbox-SDL2 so I've tried the lr-core but still no sound at all.

I've then tried to create a conf file but the path is wrong:

ARENA V1.06 comple.

C:>SET BLASTER=A220 I5 D1 H7 T6

C:>config -wcd Writing config file /storage/roms/dos/ARENA//DOSBox/dosbox-svn-libretro.conf Can't open file /storage/roms/dos/ARENA//DOSBox/dosbox-svn-libretro.conf

C:>

So this points to a wrong path /ARENA//DOSBox/
