What version of Dolphin does Retroarch Run?

Is Retroarch's Dolphin Core based on the 5.0 Stable version or one of their development versions? I downloaded from your wiki back in late Jan (1/24/22). Do you know what version of Dolphin you were using around then?

The core is based on whatever dev build was available when it was rebased 1.5+ year ago, it hasn't been updated since.
