add feature: rotation screen

Hello,

in Desmume you can rotate the game screen with 90,189 and 270° It is necessary for some games like "brain age"

You can change the screen rotation in RGUI under "Settings" -> "Video Options" -> "Rotation"

Stranno is right, I tested RA screen rotation:

  • game seems cropped in the middle:

  • the mouse is out of control
