mouse pointer not working

OS: Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit Retroarch PPA: nighty Core: libretro-desmume 0.9.11-r201705270301-c26d73f-26~ubuntu14.04.1 Game: Shin Megami Tensei Strange Journey

The mouse dont work on the touch screen, the pointer appears but at start when i move it moves erratically and almost dont move, for example if i move the mouse horizontaly the pointer moves only a few spaces and then stops responding.

The core the is up to dated there. Make sure your core option --> Pointer type = mouse
