[Feature Request] Add softpatching support

Notably this means doing whatever would be needed to change need_fullpath to false. I don't entirely understand what the basis for requiring that on this core or MelonDS is, but the ability to softpatch would make things quite a bit easier for hack/translation usage, and save a good bit of disk space.
