Touch cursor/crosshair very hard to see when using higher internal resolution

The crosshair seems to be drawn at the width of 1 internal DS pixel, which consequentially gets proportionally smaller the higher the internal resolution is set. At my usual setting of 4x the crosshair is so narrow as to be barely visible, especially when sitting at a distance playing on my TV.

I think it would be good to maintain the crosshair's proportions so it looks like it does when playing at 1x.
