Replace removed submodules from citra-emu

This replaces the deleted citra-emu organization repositories with forks/clones that exist.

Why PabloMK7 for libressl-portable and not Dynarmic? I'm just looking at what is in the PabloMK7/citra .gitmodules, and wondering if there's a reason to choose one repo over another.

The required commit is not available in PabloMK7 dynarmic repository.

I think I see what's going on. At some point about two years ago, upstream citra changed to point to upstream dynarmic, so all of the commit references completely changed.

Looks like the same thing happened for soundtouch.

I tried to find the commit using the commit title in the PabloMK7 repo but it is not there. What do you suggest it should be done?
