SA-1 and SuperFX games return non-core memory with RetroArch READ_CORE_MEMORY
When READ_CORE_MEMORY is invoked while an SA-1 or Super FX game is loaded, it will return garbage data from within the RetroArch process (bits found appeared to include config data and RetroAchievements descriptions).
Tested using bsnes-mercury Performance, games included Kirby's Dream Land 3, Star Fox, Super Mario RPG.
