Add support to VFS

With the current version of this core and RetroArch we can't use (at least in Windows 10) directories with special characters, like "D:/Emulación", because it crash, as explained here: https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch/issues/6051 And commented here: https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch/pull/5664#issuecomment-358774002
