Bonk's Adventure (TurboGrafx-16) title screen bug

The title screen has a glitch. Before the name of the game starts to appear at the bottom of the screen, the name of the game is immediately visible for a short while (which is a bug). This is what it should look like correctly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z__Bky_cXwM&t=19s
