[Feature Request] Ability to edit core settings, when the game is not loaded
I think it should be possible to edit the core settings, when you have not loaded it. All the settings are in one config file. Sometimes a setting makes Retroarch crash and you have to manually delete it from the file.
I've dealt with this exact scenario several times and created an issue ticket/request before seeing yours. Anyway, this.
