Cheat Search doesn't function properly on Nintendo Switch
Description
A variety of issues boiling down to the cheat search not working
Expected behavior
When searching for a value, returning addresses that match that value
Actual behavior
Varies depending on the core, but none of the ones I've tried seem to function properly
In [SNES9x] and [SNES9x2010] cores:
Any attempted search yields the same results.
1-bit, 2-bit, 4-bit, 8-bit, and 32-bit search all return 18724 addresses, even on searches that should yield 0 results(searching for 0, followed by searching for 2, without any gameplay change).
16-bit search returns 4369 addresses but otherwise matches the behavior of all other bit-sizes.
In [PCSX ReARMed] core: Cheat searching doesn't function at all. Any attempt to search returns the error, "Searching has not been initialized/started

You can find this information under Information/System Information
- RetroArch: 1.7.6
Environment information
- OS: Switch 7.0.1 (AMS 0.8.7)
Is this switch only?
Honestly, I don't know. I've not attempted to use Retroarch's cheat search on other platforms.
Anyone can still help with this? I have same issue and this is only on switch.
Is this switch only?
Happens on Xbox too
