[Feature Request] GDC Clock Setting for Neko Project II Kai

Some games require 2.5mhz, some require 5mhz. Pressing and holding END while Resetting the system sadly doesnt work for me. I tried enabling Game Focus Mode, checked END wasnt a hotkey for anything, but sadly no luck. I manually editted the np2kai.cfg

"DIPswtch = 3e e3 7b " for 2.5mhz "DIPswtch = 3e f3 7b " for 5mhz

Exposing this setting in the UI would make it simpler, since we could then configure it on a per-game basis. Even for those where "END + Reset" worked this would be a huge help.
