Description

The Down button (bottom click or downward swipe on the Siri Remote) does not work in the RetroArch menu. All other navigation inputs — Up, Left, Right, and Select/Back — function normally.

Expected behavior

Down input from the Apple Remote should move the menu selection down, just like Up/Left/Right.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1.	Launch RetroArch on Apple TV 4K.
2.	Open any menu (Main Menu or Settings).
3.	Press or swipe Down on the Apple TV Remote.

Result: No input is registered.

I haven't been able to reproduce this. Does this still happen with 1.22.2?

Unfortunately, the error still occurs in version 1.22.2 as well. I’ve already tried resetting the configuration once, but the same problem persists. Is there any way for me to adjust the key bindings for the remote manually somewhere? I don’t know where to do that. Controller input works just fine.

The remote is not treated as a controller, more like a keyboard. Can you go to Main Menu > Load Core > Start Remote RetroPad (should be at the very bottom) and see if it's registering as any type of input?
